Workshop for Multi-Field Community Held in Duluth
Event Included Activities and Robotics Teams
People learned the importance of “making” things, at a Multi-field community workshop at the Barnes and Noble in the Miller Hill Mall.
The event had mind puzzles, robotics teams, and hand-made items to promote creativity in different fields. The iron Range Makers Space and the Duluth makerspace helped put on the event.
“When you get out in the workforce if you have the ability to make things out of nothing, you might be able to think of a new process or new way to make your business function better,” said Andrew Hanegmon, the Optimizer at the Iron Range Makers Space LLC.
The Iron Range Makerspace will have a building in Hibbing by the end of November, and will have a grand opening around 3 months after that.
