Political Analyst Gives Thoughts on Election Day

Election Day is officially here and tonight we will find out who will be the next President of the United States.

There are also many local elections taking place throughout Northern Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Political Analyst Neill Atkins stopped by FOX 21 this morning to discuss the many races.

Atkins believes there will be high voter turnout this year due to the heated campaign season in the race for President.

Additionally, Atkins believes the Rick Nolan and Stewart Mills race will be close once again because it’s been more than 40 years since a Republican held that position.

Two years ago Mills lost to Nolan by one percent.

FOX 21 will have the latest election results on FOX 21 Local News at 9.
