Heroin dealer arrested and charged in Superior
Search warrant executed on Dec. 7
SUPERIOR, Wis. –
On December 9, 2016, Robbin Damonta Alexander, 30, of Chicago, was formally charged in Douglas County District Court on the charges of Possession with Intent to Deliver over 50 grams of Heroin, a Class C Felony in the state of Wisconsin. A Class C felony can result in up to 40 years in prison and fines reaching $100,000.
A search warrant was executed by investigators on December 7, 2016, in the 300 block of Homecroft Court in Superior. Other arrests were made as part of this ongoing investigation.
During the search warrant, which was executed by Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crime Task Force and Superior Police Department Narcotics Investigators, approximately 84 grams of heroin were located. A majority of the heroin was packaged for sale into 151 individual bags. The street value is estimated at $15,000.
At least 5 other individuals were arrested by investigators on drug charges relating to the sale or possession of heroin.
Those arrests include a 30-year-old male from Chicago, who is currently in custody at the Douglas County Jail in Superior, and is being held pending formal charges of Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin.
