Level III Predatory Offender Moving to Hibbing
HIBBING, Minn. – The Hibbing Police Department is notifying the public of a Level Three Predatory Offender moving into the area.
A Notification Meeting is being held Wednesday, March 29 at 6:00 p.m. in the Little Theater in the lower level of the Hibbing Memorial Building.
The individual is Jheri Ray Johnson, 56 who is expected to be released on March 30.
Johnson has a history of sexual contact with female victims ranging in age from 15 to adult. Contact has included sexual touching and penetration. He has been both known and unknown to his victims.
He will be relocating to the 1600 block of 7th Avenue East in Hibbing.
