Level III Offender Relocating to Brookston

DULUTH, Minn. – The St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office is notifying the public of a Level III Predatory Offender relocating to rural Brookston, Minnesota.

Arthur Godfrey Strong, 60, will be moving into Brookston on Friday, March 31.

Strong has a history of sexual contact and conduct with a 16-year-old female. Contact included penetration. He was not previously known to the victim.
