Construction Restarts at Kenwood and Arrowhead

Will Be Completed by the End of the Week

DULUTH, Minn.-Construction restarted today at the Kenwood Avenue and Arrowhead Road signal and paving improvement project.

It’s the last phase of the project, which has a goal of providing safer transit for pedestrians and vehicles by easing congestion in that area.

It will also lead to making businesses easier to access in the area.

The project is expected to be completed by the end of the week.
