Bob Dylan’s Birthday Celebrated at His Childhood Home

Fans Ate Birthday Cake and Listened to Dylan's Music

DULUTH, Minn. – Today is Bob Dylan’s 76th birthday and fans took the time to celebrate as part of Duluth Dylan Fest.

A local artist performed some of Dylan’s music right on the porch of the legendary musician’s childhood home, while fans in attendance celebrated by eating birthday cake.

“Lots of fabulous artists live in this region and we get to celebrate that Bob Dylan was here and that he breathed the same air and drank the same water and we’re all just here to celebrate the artists of our community,” says Zane Bail, an organizer of Duluth Dylan Fest.

The festival continues tomorrow with the Blood on the Tracks rolling train concert taking off from the Depot at 5:30pm.
