Small Business Open House In Superior
Construction Is Taking A Toll
Superior, Wis. – Small businesses in downtown superior are doing anything possible to get patrons in the door. Construction on U.S. highway 2 has begun to take a toll on small businesses in the area. Today an open house was held by multiple businesses near the intersection of Belknap and Tower. With many of them holding raffle prizes as a way to gain foot traffic.
“We’re going to have some extra special deals. We’re going to have some signups for raffles. Just some extra little things to hopefully get people out and excited about coming and shopping in downtown Superior,” Says Northwest Outlet employee, Scott Miller.
Items available included everything from jewelry and wine making kits to cabin décor and outdoor gear.
