Runner Tracking Available at Grandma’s Marathon

DULUTH, Minn. – Grandma’s Marathon is only a few days away, and officials have announced a way to keep tabs on your favorite runners during the race.

The tracking system has been made possible by T-Mobile, and will enable access to the progress of Grandma’s Marathon and Garry Bjorklund Half Marathon participants to be tracked at checkpoints along the race course, including the finish line.

Family members and friends can download the official Grandma’s Marathon app or visit grandmasmarathon.com on race day.

Due to limited communication coverage on some remote areas of the course, there may be a delay or no data at certain points on the course.
