Fond du Lac Drive-By Shooting Suspect Sentenced

CARLTON, Minn.-A 24-year-old Virgnia man was sentenced earlier this month to almost 14.5 years in prison for his role in a 2016 drive-by shooting on Fond du Lac Reservation.
Jesse Bohanon plead guilty to first and second-degree assault, along with assaulting a jailer.
He also has to pay $886 for trashing his jail cell.
It’s all connected to a case where Bohanon chased a vehicle from downtown Cloquet to the Fond du Lac.
There he fired at two people inside the car – both of whom were hit, but did recover.
Everyone involved in the case were known to each other.
