Duluth Parks and Rec Hosting Free Skating Events

DULUTH, Minn. – The City of Duluth Parks and Recreation will offer open skating session during MEA break for students, as well as a Halloween Bash.

Events well take place at the Essentia Health Duluth Heritage Sports Center, 120 South 30th Avenue West. It is free and open to the public, with limited skates available for use.

MEA skate sessions:
Thursday, Oct. 19, 1:30-3:30 p.m.
Friday, Oct. 20, 1:30-3:30 p.m.

The public is also invited to a free “Boo Bash” open ice skating party on October 25 from 6:30-8:00 p.m. Events include a costume contest, live music, light show, and face painting, haunted locker rooms, creepy science activities, crafts, and of course treats! Event goers are asked to bring a non-perishable food item to donate.
