Group Looks to Provide Families with Surprise Gifts

DULUTH, Minn. – This year Best Christmas Ever has a goal of blessing 100 families with a perfect Christmas.

BCE is a group dedicated to providing families who have fallen on hard times with a surprise delivery of Christmas presents and money that are used for the family’s specific needs.

Right now, BCE is in need of family nominations.
