Flooding Reaches Canal Park

DULUTH, Minn.-Areas of Canal Park are reported inaccessible due to flooding.

High winds in the area caused high waves, which led to flooding in some areas.

The Marine Iron parking lot located close to the canal is closed. Some segments of Canal Park and Harbor drives have standing water. The city has put up barricades where the areas are not passable.
