Kids pack Miller Hill Mall for Mall-O-Ween

Kids trick-or-treated at the stores inside the mall

DULUTH, Minn. – Hundreds of kids packed the Miller Hill Mall Halloween night for “Mall–O–Ween!” There was a costume contest, and kids were able to trick-or-treat at each of the stores.

A free photo booth was available at the mall to capture all the spooky memories.
