New Town Homes Coming to Chisholm
Town Homes Available to Those Age 55 and Older
CHISHOLM, Minn.-A new town home development has made its way to Chisholm.
The eight-unit market rate town home development, for those ages 55 and older, is 90 percent complete.
Right now six of the units have been rented. Each unit is 1,100 square-feet and has one level with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Pets are also welcome at the site and there will be added security through a surveillance system.
The project was helped substantially by a $350,000 grant from the Iron Range Resources and Rehabilitation program.
