Grizzly’s Canal Park To Become ‘310 Pub’

Owners Felt Grizzly's Business Model Was Outdated For Canal Park

DULUTH, Minn. –  After five years as Grizzly’s in Canal Park, the owners are shutting that business model down to open up a new pub in its place.

It’s called 310 Pub.

The menu will feature pub-style items like craft beer, apps, tacos, burgers and sandwiches.

But the big change will be the entertainment, with corn hole, pool, darts, skeet ball, shuffle board, bingo and trivia.

“I’m looking forward to it. Should be a lot of fun. More of a bar atmosphere, a little more of a pub-style menu,” said Zachary Vietanen, manager of 310 Pub. “Hopefully it brings a little more excitement and entertainment with all the new games coming in — should give people a little bit more to do besides just going into a restaurant.”

A New Year’s Eve party will be Grizzly’s last day with samples of what’s to come at 310 Pub.  The pub will open sometime toward the end of January.

And by the way, the Grizzly’s up by the mall and in superior will remain business as usual.
