Operation Grace Visits Denfeld

Program Helps Disadvantaged Get Teeth Cleaned

DULUTH, Minn. – Getting your teeth cleaned on a regular basis can be quite helpful for your overall health.

For some that’s easier said than done, due to cost. That’s where Operation Grace comes in. They’re a group that goes around the state helping those in need get their teeth cleaned and other dental work done.

Today they stopped by Denfeld High School to not only clean teeth, but also to save student’s teeth from being lost in the future.

“That’s why the hygienists and the doctors come here,” said John Braddock, executive director of Operation Grace. “[It’s] very, very important to set people on a good course for the future. They can own their own teeth and take ownership that way.”

Operation Grace will be back at Denfeld in a few months to do other dental work for students including fillings and extractions.
