Multiple Fire Departments Battle Peat bog Fire

DULUTH, Minn. – According to the Northland FireWire, sever fire departments are battling a peat bog fire in the Toivola area.

The fire is located in the 8400 block of Highway 5, near Northwoods Organics.

The five fire departments currently on the scene include: Alborn, Toivola, Meadowlands, Ellsburg, and Elmer.
