Greyhounds Boys Soccer Undefeated Under New Head Coach Bachand

Corey Bachand has the Greyhounds red hot as the season winds down.

DULUTH, Minn. – The Duluth East boys soccer team is currently undefeated on the season with just a few weeks to go.

What makes their success even more impressive is the seamless transition of first-year head coach Corey Bachand. And he wants to improve on the team’s third-place finish last season in the Class 2A state tournament.

“That’s been our goal and our focus. Bringing a different coach on board and having the kids buy into my style and the little more intensity that I have and a pretty no-nonsense guy. The boys are focused. We have one team goal and that’s to get to state and win it,” said Bachand.

Next up for the Greyhounds is a match Thursday night against Duluth Marshall.
