Movo Fitness Studio Expands in Downtown Duluth

Movo Studio will open its new location on East First Street

DULUTH, Minn.- A local fitness studio that started up a year ago is expanding its footprint in downtown Duluth.

Movo Studio focuses on high intensity HIIT classes, yoga and sculpting.

The new location is at the corner of East First Street and 2nd Avenue East, kitty-corner from the condemned Kozy building.

Owner Jessica Rossing tells us she hopes more like–minded businesses will open in the area. She thinks it’s the perfect place to implement the studio’s mantra “Move and be moved.”

“Whether that’s within your community, whether that’s at home, at work, with friends, let’s inspire one another, empower one another to make a difference in our worlds,” Rossing said.

The new space includes two floors with two studios, showers and bathrooms.

Movo is expected to open by the second week in June.
