One Injured in Central Hillside Shooting Incident
There are no Suspected in the Incident
DULUTH, Minn. – A 22-year-old male arrived at a local hospital Friday morning with a non-life threatening gunshot wound following reports of shots fired in Central Hillside, according to the Duluth Police Department.
Authorities say officers responded to reports of a large group of people fighting and shots fired in the area of 7th Avenue East and 4th Street around 3:00 a.m. Friday.
When officers arrived on scene the large group dispersed. Witnesses reported to the police the shots fired allegedly came from a vehicle.
According to reports, the male arrived at a local hospital around 3:45 a.m. with a gunshot wound he claimed happened during the earlier reported fight.
Authorities said there are no suspects in the incident.
