Lakewalk Portion Below Sister Cities Park Temporarily Closing for Construction

DULUTH, Minn.- A portion of the lakewalk will be temporarily closed Monday and Tuesday below the Sister Cities Park.

Contractors will be onsite welding a steel plate extension to the existing sheet pile wall.

A detour is posted through Gichi-ode’ Aking Park and reconnect the lakewalk to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial.
