Restaurant Workers Can Now Get Vaccine

With Governor Walz’s recent announcement about expanding the eligible groups able to get the vaccine, foodservice workers are able to sign up.

DULUTH, Minn. – With Governor Walz’s recent announcement about expanding the eligible groups able to get the vaccine, foodservice workers are able to sign up.

The owners of the Boat Club in Duluth say they are happy about the change as it’s a big step towards normalcy.

“Our employees are really excited to be able to get in there and not only be deemed essential because they really are, they’re helping keep businesses open, but they’re excited to be able to help stop the spread and be a part of the solution and not a part of the problem,” said Jason Vincent, the owner of Boat Club.

The owner of the Boat Club added that many of his employees have already signed up to get the vaccine.
