2021 Mr. Hockey Award Nominees Include Hermantown’s Pierce, Grand Rapids’ Peart
Pierce has captained the Hawks to the #2 ranking in Class A, while Peart has led the Thunderhawks in assists and total points.
ST. PAUL, Minn. – Hermantown’s Joey Pierce and Grand Rapids’ Jack Peart have been named candidates for the 2021 Mr. Hockey Award, which is given to the best senior boys hockey player.
Pierce has captained the Hawks to the #2 ranking in Class A, while Peart has led the Thunderhawks in assists and total points. The awards banquet will be held virtually on April 5th. Former Hawk and current UMD Bulldog Blake Biondi was last year’s winner.
