Tom Tiffany Holds Listening Session with Public
SUPERIOR, Wis. — Bringing more production and maintenance jobs to Northwestern Wisconsin was the focus of Wisconsin Congressman Tom Tiffany’s listening session in Superior.
The point of these sessions was to hear concerns from the public and discuss what’s happening currently in Washington DC.
Some things Tiffany says he’s been working on and would like to promote while up here is to get federal funds to repair smaller military boats and produce key minerals here in the Northland to allow the country to become more energy independent.
“We are really talking about the whole energy independence and being able to produce the minerals here in America, we can produce those things right here in America, and that gives us job security, economic security, and national security, we should be producing them right here in America, and we can do our part right here in the upper Midwest,” Tom Tiffany, Wi Congressman, 7th District said.
Tom Tiffany says he is planning to run for re-election this coming November and hopes to continue serving the people of northern Wisconsin.
