Security Jewelers Hosts Block Party To Involve The Community
DULUTH, Minn. — The 300 block of Superior Street is letting the community know that downtown is still thriving and has lots to offer.
Security Jewelers is hosting what they call the Summer Showcase Block Party. The party includes food, drinks, drawings, music and more.
Neighboring businesses were happy to participate with offerings of their own. A Security Jewelers employee says it means a lot to see the community come out and have fun.
“It’s really exciting to have a storefront on Superior Street. We are almost 100 years old, next year. So, they’ve been thriving for so long and it’s just fun to see the older customers and their new customers come in. So, it’s really exciting,” said Stephanie Zervas, assistant marketing for Security Jewelers.
There is still one more day to check out the fun on Superior Street. That’s Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
