Prep Volleyball: Hermantown Advances to Section 7AAA Semifinals, Proctor Eliminated in 7AA Tourney
Hermantown will next host Grand Rapids on Monday in the semifinals.
HERMANTOWN, Minn.- The Hermantown volleyball team left no doubt on Wednesday, topping Duluth Denfeld in straight sets to open Section 7AAA quarterfinal play.
The Hawks were led by Claire Kaups, who had nine kills in the contest.
Hermantown will next host Grand Rapids on Monday in the semifinals.
In other section volleyball action, Proctor would see their season come to a close as they fell to Crosby-Ironton 3-1 in the 7AA quarterfinals.
