PROCTOR, Minn.- In this week’s Coaches Corner, we caught up with Proctor Hermantown girls swimming head coach Jon Nelson as his team prepares for the Lake Superior Conference Championships.

Proctor Hermantown will also compete in the Sectional Championship November 9-11 in Hibbing.
