Port Wing Native Megan Gustafson Joins Spanish National Basketball Team
Gustafson is able to play for the team after gaining nationalization back in June.
PORT WING, Wis.- Port Wing native Megan Gustafson continues to become a world traveler while also playing hoops.
Most recently with the London Lions, Gustafson has now joined the Spanish National Team.
Gustafson is able to play for the team after gaining nationalization back in June.
The center has had some success overseas. Just last season, she was the top scorer in the Euroleague.
Gustafson, who’s a member of the Phoenix Mercury of the WNBA, has spent the past five off-seasons playing internationally.
