Duluth School District Referendum Questions

Question 1: Would refinance existing debt that is currently paid by our district’s general fund. This would free up $2.6 million in general fund dollars to protect investments made in academic and mental health support staff and services during the pandemic, and invest in enhanced secondary programming to help increase student engagement and improve graduation rates.
