12 Bulldog Football Standouts Earn All-Conference Honors

Nine of those players made the first team.

DULUTH, Minn.- The UMD football team was well represented on the NSIC all-conference team.

A whopping 12 players were on the first and 2nd teams. Nine of those players made the first team.

On offense, Tight End Sam Pitz and linemen Treyvon Cahalan and Arik Johnson achieved first time honors.

They were joined by Lineman Andrew Klopp, Drew Hennessey, Ethan Beffert, and corner Marcus Glodowski on the defensive side.

Then rounding on the first team was kicker Curtis Cox and punter Logan Kobus for special teams.

On the 2nd team for offense was quarterback Kyle Walljasper and lineman Aiden Williams.

Lastly, for the 2nd team defense was Cloquet native and defensive back Tim Pokornowski.

UMD finished the season with a 9-2 record.
