Shop Local At Glitterati’s Christmas Craft Show
DULUTH, Minn. — With the holidays closely approaching, homemade goods quickly start to fly off vendors tables.
This is the third year that Glitterati hosted a Christmas craft and vendor show.
More than 55 vendors filled the two floors at Clyde’s Malting Building. Soaps, sauces, hats, woodworking, and candles were few of the items for sale by local vendors.
Something which creates a ripple into our local economy.
“If you’re buying from someone here local, you know that person is actually going to be putting that money back into the local economy. So it really pays it forward to shop local and stick to the smaller businesses because your money will stay here where you’re working yourself,” said Glitterati Events Organizer Amber Brostrom.
Glitterati partnered up once again with Ronald McDonald House Northland. Entry was free for this event with a suggested $5 donation.
In the last three years they raised over $12,000 with this weekend’s event edging them close to $15,000.
