Duluth Grill Releases New Brunch Themed Cookbook

DULUTH, Minn. — The Duluth Grill has released a new cookbook just in time for the holidays.

After the pandemic the menu switched to primarily focus on brunch and the restaurant had been receiving many requests for the new recipes. So, the new cookbook was born.

Brunch at the Duluth Grill features cocktails and dishes you wouldn’t traditionally see on a brunch menu such as Drunken Noodles and Korean Brussel Sprouts.

The author is a former chef and speaks from a sense of understanding of the business. The managing partner who helped create the book says he hopes it gives people an understanding of how the Duluth Grill operates.

“A lot of it too is really showing our community and the customer like how intense the food is. You know we are making this from scratch. It’s not something that you know our food doesn’t come on a truck premade, pre-frozen, ready to rock and roll like we’re building it,” said Dan LeFebvre, managing partner at Duluth Grill.
