Rainy Weather Delays Chester Bowl Opening

DULUTH, Minn. — Enjoying the spring-like weather this December? The recent rain has delayed one park’s winter fun for just a little longer.

Chester Bowl originally looked to open Saturday. For the past week park staff have been making snow to supplement a winter wonderland.

The unusual rainy conditions have postponed the park’s winter opening.

According to the parks website, the earliest possible opening date for Chester Bowl is this Thursday, Dec. 21.
