Bentleyville Shines For One Last Night
The Tour of Lights Ends Tonight, With More Wind and Rain Instead of Snow
DULUTH, Minn. — It may be the day after Christmas, but the holiday magic stuck around for one last night at the Bentleyville Tour of Lights.
Despite spitting rain and winds, crowds gathered for Bentleyville’s final lights of the year. The conditions didn’t stop people from enjoying the display. In fact, this year’s warmer weather brought in potentially record-breaking attendance, said 15-year volunteer Tony Bronson.
“People are still enjoying the lights and want to take that one last tour around the park,” Bronson said. “And so, we’re honored by that. We’re glad that they still want to come to Bentleyville, even the day after Christmas. The lights are still on, the music is still going, the hot chocolate is pouring, the popcorn is popping, life is good at Bentleyville.”
The Tour of Lights celebrated its 20th Anniversary this winter and will be back again next year…with or without snow.
