Hermantown Slips Past Reyelts, Proctor in OT
Hawks outshoot Rails 48-11
PROCTOR, Minn.- The Hermantown Hawks have started the New Year on the right track as they defeated the Proctor Rails 2-1 in overtime Tuesday night.
Drew Nelson scored the game-winning goal, which happens to be his first of the season. Andrew Johnson Jr. scored the Hawks’ first goal in the third period. In total, the Hawks outshot the Rails 48-11. This win puts Hermantown at 7-2-2 overall on the season.
For Proctor, Goaltender AJ Reyelts recorded a season-high 46 saves. This loss puts the Rails at 9-5 overall.
