Pedro’s Grill and Cantina Opens Monday in Superior

SUPERIOR, Wis. — A Cloquet staple is just hours away from opening up their second location a little closer to the Twin Ports.

Pedro’s Grill and Cantina will be ready to serve the community of Superior starting 11 a.m. on Monday.

The authentic Mexican restaurant has been around for 18 years now.

Owners say the menu as you know it from their original location in Cloquet will be the same at the Superior location, but with a few new additions.

Sunday, owners and employees worked hard ironing out some training and getting ready for business.

“We’re going to try and open slow on Monday and work our way towards Friday. Friday we’re going to have a surprise, maybe a little Mariachi band for people in Superior,” said Part-Owner Pedro Aranda. “We want to make this side of Tower a little bit busier as well.”

Pedro’s hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday. 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
