Warrior Brewing Company To Close After 3 Years In Duluth

DULUTH, Minn. — A Duluth brewery founded by disabled veterans only three years ago is closing.

Warrior Brewing Company in the Lincoln Park Craft District will close by April, according to a post on the company’s social media Wednesday.

The ownership group’s mission has been about producing solid craft beer while supporting area military members, veterans and first responders.

“This decision did not come easily for us as this has been a dream come true to not only craft some of the finest beer in the northland, but to also give back to numerous deserving non profits in our region and beyond! We cannot thank you enough for all your support and dedication to our dream for these last 3 years,” Warrior Brewing posted on social.

The reason for the closure was not addressed in the post.  Co-owner Matt Caple told FOX 21 he expects to release more details next week.

FOX 21 last reported on the Brewery’s expansion to a tap room in May of 2023, and Mayor Roger Reinert held his primary election results party there Aug. 8., 2023.

Owners are asking anyone interested in buying Warrior Brewing and its taproom to give them a call at 218-721-7998.
