Island Lake Inn Hosting Valentine’s Dinner, Spots Still Open

DULUTH, Minn. — Island Lake Inn is busy preparing for their annual Valentine’s Dinner that’s happening Wednesday night.
The dinner is Surf and Turf style and includes an 8-ounce lobster, 12-ounce ribeye steak, garlic mashed potatoes, a salad, popover, and special dessert. That’s all for $65.
The marketing director says the restaurant has a comfy cozy atmosphere perfect for couples to have a date night. This love themed dinner was something they tried out a few years ago and was a big hit. It is an event they look forward to.
“These are the people that are in our community. And so, we love to just be with them on a special day and take care of them and kind of pamper them. And they’re helping us out in the same way,” said Yvonne Myers, Marketing Director for Island Lake Inn.
