Boys Basketball: Superior Sees Season End, Duluth East & Two Harbors Protect Home Courts
Both Duluth East & Two Harbors will next enter section play which begins next week.
SUPERIOR, Wis.- The Superior boys basketball team opened up postseason play on Friday night against Hortonville.
Sadly, the Spartans would see their season come to a close as the Polar Bears pulled off the first round upset, 66 to 64.
Superior finishes the season with a 18-7 overall record.
Over in Minnesota, Duluth East would snap Hermantown’s nine-game winning streak, 79 to 52 to close out the regular season.
Finally, Two Harbors would extend their win streak to four with a 67-66 victory over Barnum.
All Minnesota boys team’s will next enter section play, which is set to begin next week.
