Duluth’s Best Bread Partners with Local Businesses to Host Fun Events

DULUTH, Minn. — A local bakery in Duluth is hosting their own take on March Madness this month.

Duluth’s Best Bread is all about finding new ways to bring customers in. At their Downtown location there are all kinds of events going on such as Macarons and Music, Bread and Books and Croissants and Cosmetics.

The bakery partners with other local businesses to make them happen.

“Duluth’s Best Bread is our own local business. We love to promote our own product but also, we love to help out in any way that we can for other businesses. The ones who are doing the same work that we are,” said Casey Brown, front of house manager at Duluth’s Best Bread.

Friday the bakery teamed up with Mix Cosmetiques who makes custom organic makeup, skincare, and body care. During their pop up they are offering lip gloss. People can choose the color, flavor and level of shine they want.

“Picking the colors, it is just so much fun. And knowing the ingredients that went into it because when you look at the ingredient label on most makeup and most skin care you say, ‘I don’t even have any clue what this is.’ But you know what it is because you were a part of the process,” said Lanae Rhoads, owner of Mix Cosmetiques.

Duluth’s Best Bread is also making its way to Superior for a pop-up at the end of March. To find out when exactly the fun events are taking place check out their social media pages.
