Students Enjoy Snow Day in Duluth

DULUTH, Minn. — Kids are enjoying the snows day in Duluth.

Students from Duluth East High School gathered at a park near the Holy Rosary campus, that’s part of Stella Maris Academy. They said they watched a few movies inside at home but wanted to enjoy this surprising weather. So, they brought some younger siblings out and made snowmen and went sledding. One of the snowmen needing a ladder to be finished.

The students were excited to have the fresh powder.

“It’s definitely surprising especially in March but you know Duluth is usually like this so. I hope it stays like this until April spring break so we can just be like ‘bye Duluth’ and then just go somewhere warm,” said Aidan Hoeschen Ehrbright and Westin Peterson, Duluth East High School students.

It’s safe to say students are enjoying their day off from school.
