Prep Baseball: Hermantown Puts Up 13 Runs in 6th to Handle Denfeld in Season Opener

DULUTH, Minn.- Both the Hermantown and Duluth Denfeld baseball teams would open up their seasons on Wednesday.

After three innings of play, the Hawks would hold a 4 to 3 lead.

Three innings later, Hermantown put up 13 runs in the 6th to take the eventual 18 to 3 victory.

The Hawks (1-0) will next play at Hibbing on April 16th.

Duluth Denfeld (0-1) will try to bounce back at Rock Ridge on Friday.
