MidCoast Catering Co. Expanding With New Small Event Space
DULUTH, Minn. — A Duluth-based catering company is expanding their operations with a new small event space.
MidCoast Catering is located on Central Avenue in West Duluth. The owner purchased the law office next door to create the Tasting Room. The space can be used for business luncheons, groom’s dinners, birthday parties or any other private social gatherings. It can host around 40 people and will even help them try out different kinds of food they offer. The expansion also gives them the ability to obtain a full liquor license.
“I’ve been fortunate enough along these last 12 years to really have a great team of people that I’ve been really fortunate enough to watch flourish and be able to tackle all the things that we’ve done. So, through their hard work and through everything we’ve done with MidCoast, it’s definitely led us to the tasting room,” said Jonathan Reznick, owner of MidCoast Catering.
MidCoast will be flexible to what a customer’s needs with different types of seating from cocktail tables, tables for 2 or 4 people, and banquet tables. Their plans as of now are to start booking events for the new space in October. Reznick also owns the well-known Duluth food truck, The Rambler.
