Dovetail Cafe Expands Menu

DULUTH, Minn. — Dovetail Cafe has been brewing new menu ideas, and now they’re here!

With the busy months approaching, Dovetail Cafe in the Lincoln Park Craft District has been working on some additions to their menu. Aiming to be more inclusive, they’re hoping the new drinks will appeal to a larger fanbase. A few of the specialty items will include a flat white, doppios, and Italian sodas. There was lots of research for what would go best with their current selection.

“I’ve gone to different tea chains and conventions. And I know what I love. And I just want to bring my love for the craft of coffee into our menu and really hone in on that.” said Maddy Cortes, General Manager

Events taking place in the late afternoon is on the docket for the summer. It will be a great opportunity to try their evening food menu as well.
