Superior Tan & Wellness Offers Many Different Services

SUPERIOR, Wis. — A business in Superior is helping people get their tan on.

Superior Tan & Wellness took over the Video Vision and Superior Tan businesses on Belknap Street. The previous owner retired, and new owners renovated the place to expand their tanning services. They now offer red light therapy, spray tans, aqua massage, and of course tanning beds. The business is seeing more customers with the summer season approaching.

The manager says it is about more than just giving people a tan.

“Lack of sunshine first and then with the wellness part people are enjoying the aqua massage and the cocoon with red light therapy just for a pick me up and for wellness,” said Amy Sipola, manager of Superior Tan & Wellness.

Red light therapy is used to help with skin cell rejuvenation, scars, acne, and wrinkles.
