Roofer Dies After Being Electrocuted In Duluth

DULUTH, Minn. – A worker was killed in Duluth Thursday after being electrocuted.

The accident was reported around 10:30 a.m. in the area of North 17th Avenue East.

Duluth police told FOX 21 the male roofer was climbing a ladder with a metal gutter section, which came into contact with a power line.

The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Police did not release a name or age Thursday, as family members were still be notified.
