Huskies Drop Home Opener Against Big Sticks
Duluth's only two runs scored in third inning
DULUTH, Minn.- Despite having a warm reception from fans at Wade Stadium, the Duluth Huskies were unable to win their 2024 home opener.
On Sunday, the Huskies were defeated by the Badlands Big Sticks 6-2. Duluth’s only two runs were scored in the third inning on back-to-back hits by Joe Vos and Ethan Cole.
Duluth will have a chance at redemption with another home game against Badlands on Monday at 12:05 p.m.
