Former Greyhound & Thunderhawk Kaden Nelson to Play College Hockey at Michigan State

Nelson last suited up for the Thunderhawks in 2022. In 27 games, he had 19 goals and 30 assists.

GRAND RAPIDS, Minn.- Former Grand Rapids and Duluth East product Kaden Nelson is going to the Division one ranks.

Over the weekend, Nelson announced his commitment to Michigan State, out of the Big Ten.

Nelson last suited up for the Thunderhawks in 2022. In 27 games, he had 19 goals and 30 assists.

Before his time at Rapids, he skated at Duluth East for two years, tallying 21 points.

Nelson is currently with the Oklahoma Warriors of the NAHL.
