Kraus-Anderson Moves To Historic Duluth National Bank Building

DULUTH, Minn. — The historic Duluth National Bank Building in Lincoln Park has a new tenant after a big renovation there. It’s now home to the well-known Kraus-Anderson Construction company.

The company is celebrating its 25th year anniversary as well. Over the last year, they’ve been looking for a new home for their growing team of 16 project managers and supporting staff.

The company official tell us the location on W Superior St. is a better fit to keep connected with the community.

“We have to prioritize our clients all the time. So to find time and staff available to work on one of our projects was probably our biggest challenge. We got started later than we wanted to,” said the Director of Operations at Kraus-Anderson, Dan Markham.

The original bank vault is still in tacked,  a great place to have a board meeting. Titanium partners, by the way, now owns that building. Renovated office space is available on the top floor for lease.
